Phase #1: Finding Your Talent
Focus is on working with Human Resources in re-designing and developing a sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and selection process customized to your specific industry, organization, and business goals and objectives. We assist in developing revised interview guidelines, behavior-based interview questions, evaluation criteria, and selection criteria tailored to each specific position, which can potentially help the organization in increasing the number of new hires who advance beyond the training phase and evolve into the organization’s top talent.

Phase #2: Keeping Your Talent
Focus is on working with Human Resources and the Management team in developing processes, policies, and training programs to support higher levels of employee engagement and retention that begin during the onboarding/training/transition time periods and continue throughout the span of an employee’s career in the organization. Leadership/management/supervisory training is a part of this phase, along with follow-up coaching.

Phase #3: Developing Your Talent
Focus is on working with Human Resources and the Management team in developing Performance Management (PM) processes, policies, and training programs to support higher levels of employee engagement and retention through more effective PM and ongoing training, development, coaching, and mentoring. Leadership/management/supervisory training is a part of this phase, along with follow-up coaching.
